Part Removal - Parts can easily be removed from an inventory item and the cost transferred from parent item to removed part. Tracker adds the removed item to inventory, updates the general ledger inventory cost of both parent and removed items, and stamps a comment in a field for that inventory item about what was removed when, along with the transfer value. Sales representatives can then be commissioned according to the true cost of the parts.

Substitutions – Equivalent parts and stock availability are shown grouped by condition code. Proprietary programming simplifies the maintenance of the substitute databases of each part number.

Inventory Write-down – Ability to write down the value of each serialized inventory item to market with a single command. Individual reps can be held accountable for losses on inventory.

Commission/Margin splits – Margin on any sale transaction line item can be shared with other reps in any portion.

Prepayments - Inventory can be paid for in advance of receipt by credit card, wire transfer or any other form of payment, and easily applied later.

Early (pro forma) Invoices - AR invoices can be created anytime after sale creation.

Commercial Invoice - For international shipping purposes a valid commercial invoice can be created with one click.
